During peak Olympic travel periods, Highway 99 (Sea to Sky) will have Northbound Checkpoints to discourage non essential traffic to ensure the timely
arrival of Olympic vehicles at venues. Vehicular access near the Whistler venues will be handled through a Local Permit System. For service in and out
of Whistler, please consult your Moving Consultant.
For shipments loading or delivering in Downtown Vancouver, it is recommended that they be scheduled between midnight and 6 AM for the period of January 24th
through March 21st, 2010. Many streets in close proximity to the Olympic venues will be closed all together or have dedicated Olympic lanes where stopping
or parking will be strictly prohibited. Please consult with your Moving Consultant.
